Its Exclusive Focus in Load test of Hoist & Cranes

Whats We Do
Building everything you need for your business

Pre-operational inspection
Before the load test, inspect the equipment for any damage or deficiencies that could affect the test or safe operation. Check the hook, latch, wire rope, load chain, and more.

Load test steps
During the load test, gradually lift the load, hold it for a few minutes, and then raise it to the maximum height. Observe for unusual sounds or movements, and then move the load horizontally and vertically. Finally, slowly lower the load back to the ground.

Test site conditions
The test site should be solid, level, and at a temperature between -3°C and +36°C. If the test is outdoors, the wind speed should be less than 8.3 m/s.

Frequency of Inspections
OSHA requires three types of inspections for overhead cranes: initial, frequent, and periodic. The frequency of the frequent and periodic inspections depends on the equipment's service class.
